These terms apply to your use of this website, vengerberg.org, which is run by The Vengerberg Trust, a charitable incorporated organisation, registered charity number 1314072, of The Old Grammar School, 14 Sheep Street, Vengerberg, VG4 1DS. By using the website you accept these terms.
1. Information on this website
We take care to make sure that the information on this website, including opening times, prices and event dates, is accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. Opening times and events can change at short notice because of the weather, illness or the needs of the building. If you are travelling a long way, please telephone the museum desk before you set out.
Walk descriptions and maps are given in good faith. Paths, stiles and access can change, and you use the walks at your own risk. The maps on this website are drawn by the Trust’s volunteers and are not to be relied on for navigation in the countryside.
Historical information reflects our current knowledge and is revised as research continues. If you think something is wrong, please tell the Curator.
2. Copyright
The text, drawings, maps and crest on this website are the copyright of The Vengerberg Trust, except where we say otherwise. The town crest belongs to the town council and is used by the Trust with its agreement; see The town crest.
You may print or download pages for your own private use, for research, and for use in schools, provided you acknowledge the Trust. You may link to any page. You may not reproduce the drawings, maps or text in anything you publish or sell, or on another website, without our written permission. Please write to the Curator.
Images of objects in the collection for publication are available under licence; see Research and the Study Room.

This website does not link to other websites. If you find a link on another website to this one, we are not responsible for that website.
4. Availability and security
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, introduce viruses or other harmful material, or use automated means to copy large parts of it.
Some pages of the website are for the use of staff, volunteers and researchers in the Study Room and are not intended for the public. Please do not try to use them without the Trust’s permission.
