Cookies

This website does not set any cookies, first-party or third-party. It has no analytics, advertising, social media buttons, embedded videos or maps from other services, and it loads nothing from any other website. Everything on it, including the fonts and drawings, comes from this site.

What we store in your browser

One page stores one item in your browser’s session storage, which is not a cookie and is deleted when you close the tab:

Name	Where	What it is for	How long
`vengerberg:reading-room`	The Study Room reading-room catalogue	Keeps the reading-room terminal signed in while you move between records	Until the tab is closed

Nothing stored in session storage is sent to us or to anyone else.

Our web host

The company that hosts this website may record technical information, such as your IP address and the pages requested, in its server logs, to keep the site secure and working. It does not set cookies on our behalf.

Controlling storage

You can clear or block session storage and cookies in your browser’s settings. Doing so will not affect any public page of this website.
